Banana Oat Muffins

I used 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup of white flour; 1/4 cup unsalted butter with 2 tbsp. apple sauce INSTEAD of the oil (ran out of canola oil); added 1/2 cup of mini-chocolate chips; added 1/2 cup chopped pecan pieces -- which gave them the perfect touch of crunch -- these were simply the best!

Classic Bran Muffins

I thought these were wonderful - light and fluffy inside with a nice crisp top... but I would cut down on the sugar ever so slightly next time (personal taste).

Applesauce Cake I

Turned out fabulous, big hit with the hubby! Was surprised considering there is no egg in the recipe. I made the following substitutions: whole-wheat flour instead of white brown sugar instead of white no cloves

Passover Chocolate Torte

I just made a double recipe in a 10-inch springform pan and baked it for about 60 minutes at 350F and it turned out great.
