I'm getting pretty good with making dinner dishes. I love to make stir fry, although I find it difficult to make it authentic. One of my specialties is smoked chicken chimichangas, everybody loves them. I'm wanting to increase my baking skills, as of now the only thing I'm good at is making cookies. Cakes are very challenging for me. Learning to stir fry. And homemade pizza, finally got it right! Any from-scratch biscuit. I just can't seem to figure it out (like I said, I'm not good at baking).
