Standing Rib Roast
Turned out perfectly. I cooked it for 30 minutes at 425 then for 20 minutes per pound at 325. Added baby red skinned potatoes and carrots when I reduced the temperature. The roast was a perfect medium and the carrots and potatoes were a big hit with my two year old.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Great recipe for the guy in your life who is afraid of cooking. Had him add a mixture of frozen vegetables with the biscuit mix. Also used a can of cream of celery in place of one of the cans of cream of chicken soup as suggested by other reviewers. Very tasty and easy to make.
