Blueberry Buckle
Made this with 1/4cup butter instead of shortening and baked in 9x13 glass pan at 350 for 30 minutes. Was wonderful!

Rhubarb Dream Bars
Wonderful, I also cut the sugar to 21/2 cups was very good and my boys loved them.

Coconut Cream Pound Cake
Wonderful Coconut flavor, slightly dry but served with coolwhip mixed with crushed pineapple in it.
