This was my first time baking a cheesecake in a springform pan and it is only about the 3rd one I have ever made. I followed the suggestions of others. I used 3 8oz boxes of cream cheese, 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar and 2/3 cup key lime juice. I also put a pan half full of hot water on the lower rack. After it was finished baking, I left it in the oven for about an hour with the door closed and the oven off. I think it turned out quite nicely and it taste just as great!
