Basic Flaky Pie Crust
I doubled this recipe to make a bottom and top crust. Used butter instead of shortening, tastes much better. I had to use a little more flour when rolling to avoid some sticking (also tried plastic wrap and worked just fine). Beautiful pie crust recipe, very easy, highly recommended.

Plum Pie
FANTASTIC!!!! This recipe was very easy to follow and the pie turned out very nice. I used a 9.5in. pie pan and a little more than 4c of plums because i wanted my pie to be full and have a mound on top. I used the basic flaky pie crust recipe from this site, its the easiest crust and came out good (i doudbled the recipe for a top and bottom, used butter instead of shortening, a little more flour for when rolling out). Used both bottom and top pie crust and topped it with the brown sugar crumble from this recipe. Took to work and everyone absoulutley LOVED it. It tasted amazing, will definately used again. Highly recommended. Thanx

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II
I was scared to make this cake and have it turn out right after reading all the reviews. The recipe seemed so simple and easy to follow. I omitted all the extra butter, flour and juices from pineapple and still the cake came out soo soggy, too running at the top. It was not sweet at all. Recipe needs revisions and the right measurements of ingredients. I hope this turns out better for others good luck!!
