Apple Turnovers
Very yummy! I used an egg wash and diced the apples instead of slicing them. I will make these again!

Coconut Macaroons III
Definitely easy to make and my dad liked them, which is who I made them for. I added a quarter of a maraschino cherry to each before cooking and they turned out very pretty looking. I will probably add a little more coconut, as they didn't fully cook all the way through, even though the edges were browned - I think they were a little too wet. Overall, great cookie!

Peanut Blossoms II
Presentation wise and preparation wise, these were pretty good. However, they were kind of bland - not super-peanut buttery, which I was looking for - and they got very dry, even though I stored them in a air-tight container. Not terrible, definitely edible, just not the peanut butter kisses I remember from my childhood.
