Little Meat Loaves

Excellent! My husband doesn't like meatloaf but he loves this! I make this into 1 meat loaf though and cook it for an hour and 15 minutes.

Habanero Hellfire Chili

My family loved this! I looked at the other reviews and left out some of the peppers. I used 6 jalapenos, and 3 habeneros. No Annehiems. I also left out the chili paste since I couldn't find any and doubled the tomato paste. This makes ALOT of Chili! We ate it for dinner and hubby took it for lunch and I still froze some!

Scrumptious Beef and Potato Casserole

Super easy kid friendly meal. I used lean stew meat to cut down on the fat trimming time and I used the pre-diced hash browns. Turned out grat and was really low fuss and fast prep time!

Souvlaki

My family loved it! I made it with the greek potatoes and the easy yogurt cucumber sauce on allrecipes. I did add mushrooms and green olives to the marinade and it was awesome. I also cooked it on a George Foreman grill since I don't have a real one and it was perfect!

Guinness® Corned Beef

I do this in the crock pot all day on low. Excellent meal! I make it with the colcannon (potatoes/cabbage/onions) recipe you can find on here. I will make this tomorrow (Mar.17th) and every St. Paddy's day from now on. It has become a tradition. Also with the Irish Soda bread and Pistachio loaf that can be found on allrecipes.

Asian Fire Meat

We loved it. Served over white rice it is a filling easy meal. As others have stated hold the marinade back and just cook the meat first. Add the "juice" after the meat is brown.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

This was really tasty but for the price of the meal I would rather have eaten out. I think the beef alone was around $30. So while it was quite good I won't be making it again. Thanks for the interesting meal though.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

I doubled the ingredients for the marinade. We like to have extra sauce to put on the rice I serve eith this awesome dish. My husband loved it so much I made it for his parents and that went over so well I made it for my family when they visited! I haven't served it yet that I wasn't asked for the recipe! Very easy and you can do ahead and let it marinade all day.

My husband loved it. While I was cooking my husband saw the fish and said "Oh, i don't really like trout..." I said too bad thats what we have! He loved it! He said definately a make again!
