I love this. I used ricotta cheese. It was so good. The ony thing i change would be not cooking the full time they said. The cheese was little crispy. I added tasbco sauce and chili pepper.

Boston Cream Pie I

I used a yellow cake mix. This turned out really well. The filling was the best. I would so make this another time it was wonderfull.

I made this for my boyfriend. He loved it. I love it too. I make it all the time now. I do use olive oil or any kind of oil and extra butter at the end. If you are looking for a good scampi this is it.
