Cobb Salad

Chicken Marsala
I've been looking for a great marsala recipe since I got married 5 years ago and after making this...I'M STILL LOOKING! I can't put my finger on it but my DH and I both thought it was lacking something.

Thai Ginger Chicken (Gai Pad King)
Absolutely Delish!!I don't think this needed tweaking at all but I did tweak it slightly. I added sliced onions and extra chili paste to get it to the taste my husband and I are accustomed to. This is now on our family favorite list!!
