I'm originally from a small village called Stanway in the Cotswolds in England, but I moved to Australia when I was 12. I'm now living in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I used to just cook out of necessity, but now I have starred to like creating things, and enjoy cooked for others. I love making cakes and other sweets. I don't mind making "proper" food as my girlfriend puts it, and she likes most things I make, but I much prefer sweets. I have the worse sweet tooth ever. I love my Mum's cooking in general. She does a mean roast beef with Yorkshire puddings. I have an Aunt and Uncle who live in Spain (Valencia), and from them i love Paella (Valencia style).
