Excellent brine!! I used it for Thanksgiving today and had many rave reviews!! :0) This was my first time doing turkey this way and I'll never NOT brine again!! Moist and yummy turkey results guaranteed!! Added this to my recipe box for all my poultry meals! Thanks!

Very tasty! I made this today for Thanksgiving and had rave reviews! I brined the turkey overnight then made turkey with just a slight change, I substituted the warm water for chicken broth..other than that I followed the recipe exactly. Excellent! Thanks!

I decided to make this for Thanksgiving this year & I regret doing so without doing a trial taste test first! I cannot explain the taste but no one liked it and we ended up giving it to the stray cats outside! It wasn't a bad flavor, just weird.. Maybe it was the parmesan cheese, or the sugar..? I followed this recipe word for word not adding or adjusting at all. If you do choose to try this recipe and are making it to have company I highly recommend trying it before the big day!! Sorry, won't be making it again.
