Almond Apricot Bread
This was a HUGE hit at the company potluck. I added a bit more almond extract and brown sugar, for taste. Also, I didn't mix the almonds and apricots into the bread. Rather, I decorated the bread with them after smoothing the glaze into an even layer on top. It looked beautiful!
