Amazing! Put the shrimp over rice and doubled the sauce mixture to have extra to mix in with the rice. I also made steamed veggies and mixed them in too. I used garlic powder instead of cloves which worked fine.

Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna

Wonderful and easy. I end up using 9 lasagna noodles instead of 6, making 3 layers of 3 but otherwise keep the recipe the same. I used fat free ricotta cheese and wheat noodles. Wonderful and makes great leftovers!

Beef Tips and Noodles

This was delicious and easy! From others suggestions, I used milk instead of water to make the soup mixture. It was so good and made wonderful leftovers!

Matzo Apple Kugel

I made this for Passover the other night. I doubled the recipe and put into a 3 quart dish. The apples were a bit of a pain to chop, but the recipe turned out wonderful. The entire family loved it and my grandmother told me it was the only good Passover kugel she has ever had! Thanks!
