This is also excellent using one package of pistachio pudding to replace the raspberry jello. Add some mini marshmallows and chopped pecans.

You can cut out the tart/bitter flavor by using orange juice instead of the grapefruit juice. It's ideal with coconut rum. On a HOT summer night it's lucious !!!

Ratatouille Bake
This is excellent. My husband likes both ratatouille and ravioli. What a wonderful way to give him both.Add your own favorite seasonings to your taste. Will make on a routine basis...
