Chicken Fried Chicken
Just like dinner at a restaurant. Crispy and delicious. I fried ine in a deep fryer for 6 mins at 325, it came out perfect. I substituted Ritz for the saltines and it was still great. Another thing I loved about this recipe is that you dont have a ton of dishes to wash when your done. It was very simple and fast.

Strawberry-Sauced Crunchy Fruit Salad
Yum! Delicious and not too sweet. I made this for a baby shower and it was a hit. There was nothing left and everyone was asking for more. I made a few changes. I did not use oranges but did add grapes and banana slices. Its worth a try.

Oaxacan Tacos
Delicious steak and tacos. Next time I will cover and simmer the meat to make it juicier. I was kind of hesitant about the pepper mix but it wasn't spicy at all.
