About this Cook
Well I was never the type of person who liked to cook, until I meet my now husband back in 2004. We had went out to dinner in a fancy restaurant one day and the food wasn't worth the money, so I told hime I make better and more tastier food (mean while I couldn't even boil water) so he asked me to make a dinner for him, I was so embarest but I couldn't tell him I didn't know how to cook. The next day I went to Allrecipes.com and got a recipe for Roast Pork and Amish macaroni salad ( I had to choose the hardest dish to cook)and to my suprise it came out so delicious, so from there on I have been cooking and really haven't stopped.
My favorite things to cook
Shrimp Pad Thai, Seafood Rice, Beer Can Chicken, Curry Chicken, Chippewa Quiche, Baked Corn Pudding with Chiles, Onions, and Cheese, Jerk Pork Loin with Caramelized Pineapple and Star Fruit Relish, Salt Cod- Bahia Style, Garlic Shrimp, Braised Quails
My favorite family cooking traditions
Our family cooking tradition is to throw salt over our shoulder into the pot of food we are cooking instead of on the floor.

Roasted Chickpeas
This was realy good. The only thing I changed was the Olive Oil to Chili Oil and it was even better.

Sangria! Sangria!
This was not what I expected, in all my years of drinking Sangria from different countries this was the worst.
