Honey Crystal Almonds
I used pecans for this and they came out absolutely FANTASTIC! I measured out 2 cups and the amount of honey mixture was almost perfect. I only had a little bit left over since pecans are bigger than almonds. I didn't roast the nuts, though, but I will next time. My pecans ended up slightly soggy. Maybe I just didn't give them enough time to cool down before I tossed them in the sugar. Oh well. They were still addicting and I will definitely make them again!!!!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
The honey mustard was good, but not great. It tasted just the same as the stuff in the sqeeze bottle. We waited until the chicken was cooked to pour some of the honey mustard on it as many reviewers suggested. We didn't like the after-taste of the mustard, and therefore will not be making this recipe again. Thanks, though!

Banana Crumb Muffins
My fiance got on a fruit and veggie kick at the beginning of the month and he bought SIX bunches of bananas! (I guess he thought he'd be able to eat them all quickly!) Well, we put some in the freezer and I used them for this recipe. Freezing them and then thawing them out made them MUCH easier to mash and made them really smooth and creamy. I took the advice of others and waited until the last 5 minutes to put the crumb topping on. They came out GREAT and even my fiance (who's NOT a sweet eater) loved them!! He ate my last one so now I have to make more! Thanks, Lisa!!
