Mom's Island Treasures
I made these just as the recipe called for and of all the cookies I've made, these are the ones that everyone raved about.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
I made the suggested changes of doubling everything but the Worcester Sauce. They didn't have enough salt for my taste even with the doubling, so I waited until there were about 15 minutes or so left of baking and salted to taste.

Baklava
After reading some reviews, I went a bit lighter on the butter and probably only used a half cup. I think next time I may use 3/4 cup. I ended up putting on an extra .5 recipe of the honey sauce to make the Baklava a little less dry. I think it really depends on how you like your Baklava - if you don't like it more dry, then use less butter and less sauce. If you enjoy a "soggier" Baklava, put on more butter and more sauce. My family preferred the "soggier" version!
