Chicken Enchilada Soup III
Love this recipe, tastes just like chicken enchilades. Make sure you mis masa and cold water tbl. at a time until all dissolved helps out the texture. Also used 3 cans of broth and upd the spices.

Chicken Satay with Homemade Peanut Sauce
Used Oyster Sauce instead of fish sauce for marinade.cooked chicken on stovetop, Chicken came out awesome. Made peanut II sauce instead, as suggested by another came out great, an had more common ingredients. Thanks for recipe.

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos
Love this reipe.I suggest just marinating the shrimp in the sauce and some lime juice for 30 min. Came out with just the right amount of heat without the chipotle peppers.
