Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
Wow! I wasn't sure about this, it seemed too simple to deserve all the stars. I was wrong, this is so good! I could imagine adding a fresh strawberry or raspberry to make a simple yet elegant dessert for guests. I didn't go to any fuss when I made it because I was just trying it out. I just unrolled the dough and pretty much slapped it in the pan. Very easy with great results.
