I do not like pancakes, but I love these. Only change I made was to defrost frozen mango and chop that up to replace the blueberries, as my husband doesn't like blueberries. YUM

I made this as a thank you gift for some friends. They couldn't get enough. Even those that don't like snacks liked this. Easy to do also.

I made these for a bridal shower a few years back, and used them as the table decorations. I overturned my crystal and set a cupcake on each base, which now was at the top. My daughter liked the idea so much she requested I do the same thing for her bridal shower, adding "and make those delicious lemon cupcakes too!"
