I'm in my 30's, single mom to 3 kiddos (2 teenagers). I love to eat as much as I love to cook. I'm not a professional, I just love to try new recipes. My kids groan and say "what ever happened to just chicken and Rice?" Roast, casseroles, desserts Fried, Southern Fried, with a side of deep fried. Not a tradition I usually stay true to. The first time I ever made a completely homemade pumpkin pie I was only about 19 and I made the crust as well. It was so perfect that people thought I was a prodigy...lol. In almost 20 years I have never made it the same ever, ever again! Who hasn't made a lop-sided cake?
