Caramel Apple Jam
easy, quick, and even though I didn't have nutmeg, I think it tastes pretty good. Perhaps a bit too sweet, but still good. The true test will be in a few weeks when we finish the leftovers and crack into a canned jar.

Easy Sugar Cookies
Bake for 8 minutes so the cookies stay soft. Make sure the butter is softened to practically mush. I used 1/4 less flour, and probably could have used slightly less.

Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)
They are similar to a dry snickerdoodle. I like the buttery, almost flaky texture, and the look very pretty after baking. My classmates approved as well.
