Lebanese-Style Red Lentil Soup
This was great! My boyfriend doesn't like it too thick, so we added extra water and it was perfect. I was suggested to add a cup of rice for texture so i'm going to give that a go next time.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II
These are the best! Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. I substituted margarine for butter and I thought one cup of chocolate chips was enough. Can't wait to make them again.

Shepherd's Pie VI
My boyfriend loved this recipe. I used corn instead of carrots and don't forget to add the salt and spices to taste, or else its a little bit bland.
