This was my first attempt at baking bread (have always use my bread machine before) and I was very pleased with the results. I followed the recipe exactly and the bread came out beautifully. For my second batch I used just two, one-fourth cups of honey and it still turned out great. I went to youtube to find a video on how to shape the bread dough and was surprised how easy it was. Give this recipe a try, you won't be disappointed.

I don't care where the recipe came from because as my kids would say, "It's the bomb!" Very moist and chocolaty.
