Stove-Top Macaroni and Cheese

This is really good. I didn't make any changes. It seems like a lot of sauce at first, but after a while the pasta soaks up the cheese sauce. I used Velveeta shredded cheese in the 8oz package. It melted very quickly and smoothly. I personally wouldn't add any more cheese as there is plenty. I didn't think it was grainy at all. Better than the store box type. Thanks!

Butter Bean Burgers

This definitely needs more than just 6 crackers, as it was very sloppy. I added more crackers to be able to form into patties but we still were not impressed with the taste. Thanks.

Weekend Brunch Casserole

Easy Meatloaf

Very yummy. Most of the time I use store bread crumbs, but this time I used 3 shredded toasted slices of white bread and it was delicious. I also added worcesteshire sauce and garlic powder. Thanks!!!

Delicious! I kept reducing the baking time on each batch and 6 1/2 minutes was good for my oven. You have to take them out before they look done. Thanks for this recipe!

Instant Russian Tea

Well, I have never tasted Russian tea, so I can't compare this to that. This is very good and addictive on cold winter mornings. I used Lipton tea powder, a small container of Tang which was not quite 2 cups, and sweetened Countrytime lemonade powder in the plastic container. I didn't have allspice so I used 1/2 tsp cloves and a splash of nutmeg. It is heavenly. Made it for gifts and just labeled it "Spiced Orange Tea". It is not too orangy, not too sweet, and not too spicy. Just right! The drink is a brownish orange color. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Buttery Rolls

Delicious. My bread machine mixed the dough perfectly. These are not really light rolls, they are more dense. I baked them in a glass pyrex pan, maybe they would have a different texture in a metal pan. Definitely butter them before putting them in the oven. Thanks!

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I

Wow, I am really surprised that this doesn't have more ratings. This was so moist (not wet) and delicious. Just the right amount of spice. I cut the recipe in half and put the batter in 3 mini loaf pans. Had an extra banana so I threw that in there also. I chopped the zucchini in a mini chopper. It rose beautifully. I wouldn't ever make a bread recipe without crushed pineapple. This is a keeper. Thanks!
