Cheddar Baked Chicken

Really good and moist. Didn't have italian breadcrumbs, so I crushed some Ritz crackers and added 1 tsp dried oregano.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

This was really good. I didn't have any mozzarella so I just doubled the cheddar. I might leave out the oregano and try another spice next time just for personal preference. I had to cook it about 35 minutes. Thanks!

Four Layer Delight

So good!!! Made this today with pumpkin spice pudding. Added 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup flour to the crust and would only use 1/2 cup pecans next time just for personal preference. Thanks!!!

Stove-Top Macaroni and Cheese

This is really good. I didn't make any changes. It seems like a lot of sauce at first, but after a while the pasta soaks up the cheese sauce. I used Velveeta shredded cheese in the 8oz package. It melted very quickly and smoothly. I personally wouldn't add any more cheese as there is plenty. I didn't think it was grainy at all. Better than the store box type. Thanks!

Butter Bean Burgers

This definitely needs more than just 6 crackers, as it was very sloppy. I added more crackers to be able to form into patties but we still were not impressed with the taste. Thanks.

Weekend Brunch Casserole
