I am a married stay at home mom to one beautiful little girl. I love to bake and cook and I love trying out new recipes. I started cooking and baking when I was about 9 years old. I love making Mexican food! I also love making cookies. The only tradition I can really think of is at Thanksgiving my mom and I bake about a dozen pies! Our Thanksgiving dinners are famous for their wide array of pies. My husband calls me the Taquito Queen because when I first started making them it took me so long and I had such a hard time keeping them rolled and frying them without making a mess. Now I can whip em up in no time! Boxed yellow cake. I can make any cake imaginable from scratch. But I can't make boxed yellow cake. What the heck?!?!
