This is a terrific recipe. I did try what one poster said & cooked at a higher temp for less time - would NOT do that again. Had "cajun" calzone. Next time I'll follow the cooking instructions!

I was not impressed. My dh liked it and ate all his, but I scraped off the topping because I couldn't stomach the crust. I used 1 1/2 c flour, 1 egg, the baking powder, water & oil recommended by other users. It did not stick to the pan at all but was a little hard to spread. It tasted to me more like bisquick with too much baking powder. I don't think I'll be making it again.

This was my first attempt at making granola. Very easy. Very quick to make. The only changes I made was to add a little vanilla at the end. I used regular oats (not instant as I wasn't sure if that would work). I used some coconut and some chopped walnuts also. I wasn't very thrilled about how chewy this granola was. I was expecting something crunchier. It actually hurt my jaw to have it for breakfast. However, the taste was terrific and if eaten as a snack was great. I'm going to try my hand at some other granola recipes on this site but I will most likely make this one again as, like I said, the taste was terrific.

Made 1/2 of this recipe because there are only 2 of us. I tried first in a loaf pan & the 2nd time in a smaller rectangular pan. I also used 1/2 white & 1/2 brown sugar in the mix. I used part walnuts, part oatmeal for the topping. Both times I made this it seemed to take forever to bake, knife kept coming up with batter. Once it finally cooked, it came out dry. Taste was good but too dry for us. Not sure if I'll make this again.

I thought this recipe had great flavor but too much spice for us. I used the taco seasoning listed here and it was way too spicy. I think I'd cut down on the quantity. I made this with 1 can of black beans, no chili beans because I didn't have any. Also made with chicken broth instead of the beer. Only used 2 1/2 breasts but that was enough for us. I cut up my chicken first and just cooked it the whole time and it turned out great (I tossed it with some of the seasoning before throwing it in). I think this is a great recipe with great flavor but I'll have to tone it down a bit. We had the sour cream & chips that helped take some of the spice out. Got even spicier the next day but we suffered thru it because the basic taste was great. Only made enough for 2 meals for the 2 of us - maybe we just eat a lot but it didn't go as far as some of the other reviewers said! Very easy too!

I cheffed this for a party. It was very difficult to deep fry without it "springing a leak" and leaking cheese all over the place. I had to deep fry, try to flop it back & forth to keep the cheese inside, then freeze. Then I had to bring to room temperature to serve w/ the sauce. I'm trying it again to see if it works better, if it doesn't I wont make it again.

Even the diet version is great!

Absolutely wonderful! Have made it 2x for work and everyone loves it. Am making 2 of them tonight for a coworker who doesn't even like peanut butter that well but just loves this pie! I substitute grated chocolate on top in place of the peanuts for a little difference
