Black Bean Brownies
I found this because my dh had a least a million cans of black beans & I needed to use them :) I couldn't stand black beans. This is Fantastic! Made some changes to make healthier IMHO. Substitute 1/2 C applesauce for the oil to reduce fat. Used ener-g egg replacer to replace the eggs. Used Splenda (probably could use Stevia but haven't tried it) instead of sugar and used carob powder instead of chocolate and either carob chips or toffee or cinnamon chips to replace the chocolate chips (for someone allergic to chocolate). If you blend them really well you'll never notice the beans. I am a major chocolate fan but these are very, very good and great for vegetarians & vegans adjusted this way. Also a great way to get your fiber!

Calzone
This is a terrific recipe. I did try what one poster said & cooked at a higher temp for less time - would NOT do that again. Had "cajun" calzone. Next time I'll follow the cooking instructions!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
I was not impressed. My dh liked it and ate all his, but I scraped off the topping because I couldn't stomach the crust. I used 1 1/2 c flour, 1 egg, the baking powder, water & oil recommended by other users. It did not stick to the pan at all but was a little hard to spread. It tasted to me more like bisquick with too much baking powder. I don't think I'll be making it again.
