Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars
These went so quickly at my holiday party! I did as others suggested and took it off the heat as soon as it came to a boil, and then cut them before they cooled. They definatly need to sit overnight, as they taste alot better the next day.

Parmesan Baked Potatoes
These potatoes were really good, but I added some more spices to it, which is the reason for only 4 stars. I used 8 tbsp of butter, and russet potates instead of red. I also added some onion salt, garlic powder and italian seasoning. They turned out tender and flavorful.

Pumpkin Roll II
This is one of the best pumpkin rolls I have tasted. Only change I made is to add a bit of pumpkin spice to the batter and the filling. I will make this again and again. Thanks!
