This is by far the BEST roast beef recipe. I made it last night for hubby and myself and it came out perfect! It was tender and juicy. I marinated it in worchestershire sauce, minced garlic, and garlic salt. My hubby who is a cooked to death meat kind of guy sure changed his tune. Now he loves his beef pink. My husband is from the south and I made this potato salad for him. He won't eat it cold, I had never had it warm. It is delish! I halved the recipe since there is only 2 of us at home and now it is the only potato salad I make
