Potato Cake
I make these with yellow corn meal (instead of flour) and garlic powder (instead of garlic salt). I add finely diced onion and whatever spices strike my fancy that day. I also stir the cheese into the batter. Cook on medium heat, in a covered skillet, until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).

Bacon Popcorn
This was how we made popcorn, when I was a kid. I also sprinkle dry ranch dressing on it, instead of the cheese.

Buckeyes I
The only change that I made was to add 4 tablespoons paraffin wax to the chocolate chips before melting. They will stay firm, so you don't have to store them in the fridge.
