Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!
Who would think beer and tomato paste make such a Great Hot Sausage dish! I boiled my hot sausage for 40 minutes before browning it but that was the only part that I did differently. I hated having to use 2 beers for the dish but it was certainly worthwhile!I only used green peppers as I had no red ones to use. I added only 1Tablespoon of hot sauce instead of 3 Tablespoons, since I used hot sausage. My husband likes it hot and he said it was Perfect! Thanks for this recipe, it is a Keeper!!
