Cappuccino Muffins
Really enjoyed them. I increased the amount of coffee to 5 tsp and the vanilla to 2 tsp. Other than that followed the recipe. Plan on making them again and again.

Black Forest Cake I
This cake is so moist and good. It's easy to make just a little messy when it comes to putting the crumbs on the side of the cake. More for you if you like to eat cake. Plus my daughter keeps on requesting this cake year after year for her birthday. Do try it, you won't be sorry.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III
I prepared this recipe for a friend's daughters open house. I got several great comments!! I did add some things to the recipe like Pineapple tidbits, 2T of Ketchup and 1/2 cup of sweet onion sliced. My family truly loves it.
