About this Cook
I love to cook or bake anything I learned a lot by spending time helping my grand mothers cook or bake as I thought they made the best food ever. I also worked in an old fashion bakery when I was younger and every thing there was also made from scratch. I must admit when I have to cook out of a box I almost always mess up the end product I find it very hard to cook out of a box ha, ha, Most of all I like to watch my friends and family enjoy the food I have prepared That is the best compliment a cook can getI love to try new foods and recipes. Please excuse my spelling not my best subject:)
My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook are wild meat, fish and home made baking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
haven't any of my own yet but the kids tell me as a joke when I get married you are coming to live with me for a while to teach me how to cook. I carry on some of my grandmothers like making Easter bread men and rice dressing in my turkeys and chickens
My cooking triumphs
My own fish batter everyone wants to know how to make it problem is it is in my head never really sat down and thought about how to tell some one else to make it.
My cooking tragedies
A cake blowing up in my mothers oven when I was eight. It was my first attempt to bake a cake myself lol she was mad and laughing at the same time.
