LOVED it, and so did all the guests, will definately make again next fall!

I loved it, it had great presentation, I added a few extra seasonings (as usual) and sprinkled cheese on top. It definately helped to let the tomatoes "drain" after cleaning them out and the I liked the muffin pan idea, it helped for me anyway! Will definately make again!

Very plain, definately needs a little more somethin'.... It was however very tender!

This was a great basic recipe, just added a little bit of italian seasonings and it was perfect, better than store bought, just as good as a restaurant!

Great Meal, will definately be going into the top 10 rotation. I did add italian seasoning, garlic/onion powder, fresh tomatoes in place of canned, sweet vidalia onion and I waited until 5-10 min before done to put the mozzarella on. VERY good though, it was a meal I was proud to put on the table, thank you!

AWESOME, I added a few things as suggested, 1 tsp Vanilla, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 3/4 tsp Cinnamon and substituting Canola Oil for the butter (made them more moist) They were a hit with my family (9 month old, 4 year old & Hubby). New breakfast favorite.

A*W*E*S*O*M*E thats all I can say. I didn't have the chocolate to do the topping, i just sprinkled chocolate shavings on top while it was still warm, oh so good. I can't wait to try it with the chocolate!

This is as good as it gets with as few (calories) as it gets! I loved this, it didn't taste "diet" they were a little cakey but still tastey, i did however add a tablespoon more butter and a little more chocolate chips, but MMmm they were good

It was pretty good, my husband and I liked it, however I would have cooked it a little longer, it wasn't as crisp as I like! Great homeade pizza when you have no yeast.

OH SO GOOD! My first time making it and it was super moist, I loved it. Definately a keeper.

Like another reviewer,I didn't get to putit on to the Grill so I sauteed it and I wouldn't do it that way again. It was tastey though and I can't wait to do it on the grill.

Sorry this is lengthy, but this was a great starter recipe as other have said. I followed the recipe but added Italian seasoning, parsley, Mrs. Dash, and a handful or two of cheddar cheese. The dumplings I did was my mothers recipe, for 4/5 drop dumplings I did 1 cup flour,1tsp baking soda, dash salt, dash sugar and enough water to make it sticky. Dropped them in the crock pot 30-45 minutes before dinner. right before we ate I topped with a little more cheese. It was creamy and smelled SO good. Made this way, my husband LOVED it and he's not a big fan of dumplings. Growing up with this dish I would have to say this was one of the best recipes, and it's REALLY easy!

I was really disappointed with this cake. I LOVE chocolate and this just wasn't that good. It was dense, but NOT moist, it was chocolatey, but not sweet. I didn't like it, and I was a little embarassed to have served it to others without trying it first. Definately easy, but in this case it didn't pay off.

We LOVE asparagus, this wasn't my favorite recipe, I really wanted to try grilling and it just wasn't as good as cooking it inside. It was dry & stringy (which may have been the asparagus itself) but the smokey grill flavor just didn't mix with the asparagus in my opinion.

I did this recipe for a block party and doctored it up a little,that's why I gave it 4/5 stars. I didn't have fresh garlic so I used minced garlic and didn't roast it (omit oil), I lowered the amount of milk and added 4 oz. cream cheese. I also threw in a little "Mrs. Dash", oregeno and italian seasoning. It was a HIT! I always have left over mashed potatoes, this time they were scraping the bowl! I will definately use this recipe again.

We are always grilling potatoes, so this was a refreshing new recipe, my husband and I really liked this and my 4 year old daughter even wanted seconds! YUM! I added a little more garlic, we love garlic!
