These were crazy good. I used 60% bittersweet chocolate on half and semi-sweet on the other half. People seemed to favor the bittersweet. Also, rolling them with forks did not work for me. I ended up just using my hands and got far prettier results.

This is a really solid French Onion soup. I was out of sherry and it is still excellent. The best part is it couldn't be more simple! Definitely carmelize the onions. I had provolone on hand and it turned out really well. Delish!

I've made A LOT of different recipes for pulled pork. This recipe is so simple but it is really the best I've had. I didn't change a thing and it was fantastic. We do the South Beach Diet so I found the lowest sugar BBQ sauce I could (which happened to be Famous Daves) and served it on a whole wheat bun. Thanks for this great recipe!
