I'm newly married- no children, from a big family. I love to cook, but it's hard for me to only cook for 2 people since I had 3 brothers who loved to eat growing up. I learned how to cook from my mother and grandmothers, and have been doing it since I was little. I love to bake- desserts especially; cakes, pies, cookies. I also love chicken and pasta...I've tried cooking them in just about every possible wayI can think of. Every year my family gets together and spends an entire day making fudge, we have left overs for weeks and weeks- but it is SO good. Just about everything I've cooked has come out satisfactory. No big tragedies yet.
