Overnight Coffee Cake
Overall, it was quite good. Very moist. I would like a different topping though.

Green Bean Stir-Fry
Um, YUM! These we wonderful! I did decide to add a little red pepper for added spice, but they are still 5 stars without it. I only had chunky peanut butter, but wow.

Mexican Rice II
This came out much like the rice one would get at a Mexican restaurant. I used chopped tomatoes and a dash of ketchup as I did not have tomato sauce.
