White Chili II
This was REALLY REALLY good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because it was quite watery. I even pureed 2 1/2 cans of beans to give it some thickness, but with all the chicken broth it was still too soupy. Next time I'll maybe use only 1 can of broth and drain the beans. Flavors were great, though.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta
Easy and delicious! We also added some sliced baby bella mushrooms to the mix.

Vegan Split Pea Soup II
Tasted really good...I added some diced red potatoes and minced garlic. It took longer than 50 minutes for the peas to soften (maybe close to 2 hours), even though I soaked them for 3 hours beforehand.
