Japanese Chicken Wings
The flavor in this dish is outstanding. My wife is Japanese and she loved these! For those who want a crispy wing, the method of cooking is not quite the way to go. Next time I think I will not use egg, make sure to shake off the access flour and use EVOO to fry them. The wings were a little "floury" and not very crisp. I might use a little less sugar next time too. But as-is, this recipe really is fantastic! Play with it and make it your own!
