About this Cook
I am the proud father of 6 (about to be 7) great (most of the time) kids...my super wife homeschools the younger children. We are Traditional Latin Mass Catholics, who do pro-ife work every week. We have a good time where ever we go because we are so blessed ! Pax et Bonum
My favorite things to cook
Baby back ribs, pies, cakes , and cookies seafood grill and grilled vegetables soups
My favorite family cooking traditions
1) EVERY night, the entire family would gather and pray before dinner, no matter what game was on, or who had some practice or recital...we always sat together..prayed.. and then ate.... 2) We didn't have much money when I was young and when food ran low...Dad would make breakfest for dinner..pancakes, eggs and bacon...he never had time to cook in the morning, due to work, I loved it when we all sat down to eat pancakes for dinner..
My cooking triumphs
I won two pork cook offs in Oklahoma...it was a nice cash prize and some cool, Grill items...
My cooking tragedies
with only a 1000 charaters I don't think there is enough space to list them all....

Chocolate Frosting I
Super Easy, my 5yr old daughter made it in just under 12 mins..we chilled it prior to spreading to get a little better set-up ...we also added a smidge of vanilla ...good stuff...
