I am a mother of 2 boys, 4 and 6, and a wife for almost a year. I didn't start cooking until just recently. I am just decided to do it one day and so far, everyone love most everything I make. I am excited to one day have a really big kitchen that I can make more things, as I am pretty limited now with my little kitchen! I like to cook lasagna, creamy chicken and rice(although my sis-in-laws is the best!), hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill, meatloaf, spinach and mozzerella stuffed chicken, chicken tenders, chicken parmesean and chicken marsala...there are others I just can't think of anything else right now! No real traditions...only Thanksgiving with my husband and family, we prep everything the night before and then cook the next day! Pretty much everything I cook is liked...my husband is a little picky about somethings, but he LOVES my chicken parmesean...in fact, he had me make it for all 20 of his employees one night. Needless to say, I was up all night! But everyone raved tha next day. One day I had my sis-in-law over anf her kids...I cant remember what I made but I do know that everything went wrong that night...even dessert! That was the most disasterous dinner ever!!
