Thick Chocolate Pudding
My granddaughter and I used this recipe to make a homemade pudding pie. We used about a half cup less of milk, it was great. My teenage sons review was, "AWE------SOME!"

Homemade Maple Syrup
I can't have high fructose corn syrup and real maple syrup is soooo expensive for a big family so we tried this, it was great. We even made it once using vanilla instead of maple flavoring. That was very good.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
I, too, used fat-free half and half, everyone raved about. My husband is not a fan of spaghetti but he had two helpings with this sauce. will defintely use again.
