Brownie Frosting
This was delish! I was in a rush to bake brownies for the soccer team party and the brownie recipe I used was dry and flaky so I wanted to cover it with frosting. This was the ticket. I defintely won't use the quick brownie recipe again but I will use this frosting recipe.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread
This is just fabulous! I altered the recipe a little by adding about 1-2 tbs cinnamon, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 cup craisins, 1 apple diced. I also baked for 40-50 minutes since I'm using a 9x5 loaf pan. Our family of four has been eating a whole loaf everyday.

It's Chili by George!!
I made this for my in-laws visiting from out of town and everyone LOVED it. I did add 3 tbs of brown sugar and used turkey. I didn't make it spicey since we had kids but everyone just added Texas Pete to their own bowls to spice it up.
