Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Ordinary. I followed the recipe exactly and the finished product came out fine, but it was boring and bland. We only ate a few bites and the rest was quickly forgotten.

Greek Chicken Pasta

I made this three times in a crockpot, and the first time it was delicious. The second and third times it was undrinkable - be careful with the spices that you don't add too much because it will quickly overwhelm and ruin your cider (at least in a crockpot; I don't know about through a coffee maker). Making some more tonight and will follow the recipe exactly. Yummy!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

I have a major complaint - now my family threatens not to come over unless I make these things! The nerve! Seriously, they are majorly delicious. I roll the smokies in real maple syrup before rolling in brown sugar, but they're also excellent without it. My family and friends devoured the last batch so fast that I only got one :(

Key Lime Pie VII

SOOOOOO good! I love this, and so does my family. I'm about to make my third one this month. Don't you just love the holidays?? The only thing is, I use a regular homemade pie crust and not prepared graham cracker crust, but that's just personal preference.

Scones

Excellent when fresh but they have a weird taste when reheated a day later. Might just be me. I love these scones and have made them quite a few times with either chocolate chips or dried cranberries.

Homesteader Cornbread

I add a can of corn and use wheat flour instead. The white flour version was delicious too. This recipe is a keeper; I make it for Thanksgiving, Christmas...any occasion I can think of really.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I make this every Thanksgiving and had to double it after the first year because everyone devoured it. Excellent recipe that does NOT need to be altered (I leave out the liver for personal reasons)
