Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Excellent recipe, reminds us of sesame chicken - only better. I followed the advice of other reviewers and floured the chicken. I did not have a problem with the sauce thickening.

Blue Cheese Dip II

Great dip! Followed recipe and it came out great. Made in the morning and served at night, I think it gave the flavors a change to meld together.

Taco Seasoning I

Great recipe. All stuff we had on hand. Use 2/3 cup water to 3T of seasoning. Will use this recipe from now on.

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes

I don't usually like cooked carrots, so I was a little skeptical - but this recipe is fantastic. Used only Yukon Gold potatoes because that is what I had on hand, but it turned out great!
