Me
About this Cook
I graduated Wolfcreek Job Corps in Oregon when I was 17 years old. I graduated as head baker and received my culinary arts degree. I have been cooking all sorts of food since I was about 12 years old and it has come natural to me since then. I like to create and try new things everytime I make a recipe.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook has got to be desserts. Not because I always enjoy eating sweets but because I believe desserts are the one food that you can be most creative with and just about any food tastes good as a dessert.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We don't really have any tradtions but I am trying to make some.
My cooking triumphs
The only thing I can think of is my peanut butter cookies. Not a single person who has tried them ever said anything bad about them. I created the recipe one day when I couldn't find the perfect peanut butter recipe anywhere.
My cooking tragedies
Other than burning a few things by accident because I forgot I was cooking I don't think to many bad things has happened to me while I was cooking.

Garlic Green Beans
Very delicious. I wasn't exactly sure what to think of the texture because it seemed kind of greasy but at the same time it wasn't a nasty kind of greasy. These green beans were full of flavor and it's how I will cook my beans from now on. I also added some chopped onion with the butter, oil and garlic.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
So delicious. I have tried to make these into smaller cookies to get more out of them but for some reason they didn't turn out as well. They are really meant to be large. My favorite cookie by far.

Hello Dollies I
They have a really good taste but i wasn't completely satisfied with the crust. It seem to have gotten a bit mushy and wasn't holding well together even after it cooled down. I think next time i will try using a graham cracker crust that is usually used in cheesecakes.
