Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was oooo easy and very flavorful. I followed suggestions of others and used canned corn (not frozen), chicken stock (in place of the water) and added a can of black beans. Started it on my lunch break and was ready for dinner at about 7:45. Next time I will add a bit more of the spices to give it a little more kick. All in all though, super tasty and ridiculously easy to make! Added cheese, avocado, and a dallop of sour cream at teh end for presentation (and lets be honest - cuz they make everything better). Awesome
