Cheese Blintzes

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
Holy Cow! I was really impressed with these. They were so easy to put together. As suggested by others, I did need more butter and cinnamon/sugar mix, and I cooked them for 15 minutes. I also used half the cream cheese, omitted the milk, and added a cup of cottage cheese. I could also see it being great with ricotta. I will absolutely make these again.

Bar-B-Que Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
Holy Cow! This is the best bar-b-que sauce I have ever tried, much less made. It was easier to throw this together than to go to the store and buy some. I used a sugar substitute, because I didn't have brown sugar, and it was fantastic. Thank You!!

Easy Baked Oatmeal

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2008
I make this every time I need to feed breakfast to a crew. I add 3 apples, coarsely chopped, and a bunch of cinnamon, some nutmeg, and a pinch of ground cloves. Everyone loves it, and I will continue to make it again and again.

Chinese Pork Buns (Cha Siu Bao)

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2008
This recipe was very time consuming, but ultimately worth it. It made large, plump buns that my family adored. I did add another 1/4 cup of water to the dough, and I could have used almost twice the meat and sauce filling. I think I'll make the dough sweeter next time. I will absolutely try this recipe again.

Tzatziki

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2008
This is an absolute staple at our house. It's definitely better on day two. I don't drain my yogurt, but I do shred the cucumber into a cheese cloth, and squeeze out as much of the liquid as I can, and it seems quite thick enough.
